The apartment is located in an attractive and well-maintained property in the center of Copenhagen - With a nice view over Nyboder and down Store Kongensgade. The apartment is available fully furnished and there is no residence requirement. The apartment has an older kitchen, bathroom and furniture in general - but everything is in fine and functional condition.

You arrive in the apartment's entrance hall with space for outerwear and access to a small guest toilet. From here there is further access to the apartment's large living room. There are a total of four living rooms ensuite with large windows and agood natural light. The apartment is located on the corner of the property and the sun can be followed from east to west. The living rooms are arranged as a large dining room, two living rooms and an office area. There is access from one living room to a south-facing balcony with a nice view over the local area.

There are as many as four bedrooms in the apartment, three of which are furnished with beds. There are two main bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe walls - and two smaller rooms, one of which is furnished with a bed. From the second room there is access to a balcony facing the yard environment.

The kitchen is furnished with a dining area and all necessary white goods. In connection with the main bedrooms, the apartment's bathroom is designed with a separate shower area and a bath.

The apartment is not rented out as a shared apartment. Utility costs are not included in the rent.
